Eligibility is based on meeting the following criteria:
The patient’s primary care physician (or equivalent) and our medical director both certify that the patient has a limited life expectancy
The patient (or authorized caregiver), primary care physician (or equivalent), and our medical director all authorize hospice care
A decision is made that the focus is not on curative measures but rather on physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort

- Private pay & sometimes charities
Hospices also rely on community support for both donations and volunteer staff

Admitting a patient into our hospice care is simple: you can first discuss with your physician, discharge planner, or social worker, then call us so our nurse or clinical staff will visit you and your caregiver wherever you reside. More details of our program will be presented and if you elect our program, our team makes all the necessary arrangements for admission and start of care.
