All our Medical Social Workers – steeped in hospice – provide counseling /bereavement services and community referral & services
Our chaplain – with a doctorate in death & dying studies – is available for spiritual & bereavement support up to 12 months following end of life
Our aides assist with personal needs & activities of daily living (ADLs)
All our skilled nurses have hospice-specific experience
Our NP – with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and experience in hospice & palliative care – is the conduit for a patient’s ever-changing medical condition, helping ensure each person is able to get the care they need & when they need it with an emphasis on comfort care
Lucent’s volunteers provide companionship & assistance through visits, writing letters, legacy building, reading, music, and/or shopping
